Hello, my name is Tracy Morrill. I joined the Wilson O'Brien Realtors team in 2005 as Administrative Assistant. I enjoyed it so much that I went on to get my real estate license. I enjoy being involved in all aspects of real estate that my two positions offer, and feel I bring a good understanding of that when working with clients.
My husband Dale and I have been married for 19 years and have 2 daughters, Mara and Morgan. Originally from Minnesota, we moved back in 2004 from Portland Oregon to be closer to our families. We are glad to call Marshall home. We are involved in youth sports and are active members of Wesley United Methodist Church. A nursing school graduate, I worked in that field for 10 years and owned and operated my own home-based business for 5.
Over the years we have purchased 6 homes, and sold 5. I know what it was like to be on the other side of the transaction and am confident those experiences will better help me to serve my clients from the buyer's, or seller's, perspective.
